By utilizing the Luvia framework, you agree to deploy our tools within a professional and ethical context. We provide the high-fidelity foundation for your projects, but the final output and its deployment remain the sole responsibility of the user.

Operational Parameters

We aim to provide absolute clarity regarding our modular framework and integration protocols. While we maintain a 99% average uptime achieved across all services, we do not guarantee instantaneous results under all technical conditions. Users must ensure their local infrastructure meets the minimum requirements for our high-performance design layers.

Intellectual Property & Licensing

You are granted a non-exclusive license to use the Luvia template for your brand or client projects. However, modifications should respect the architectural integrity of the original design layers. You may not redistribute or resell the raw modular components of the framework.

Limitation of Liability

Luvia is built for visionary brands seeking a sustainable competitive edge. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our precision systems.
